Groups and Parties

Climbing is the perfect activity for birthday parties or even corporate events! We have a variety of group options to suit your needs.

Group Options

Birthday Parties and Group Belay

$273 (for up to 8 climbers)
$25/additional climber
$35/additional hour of belaying

  • 2-hours total, 1.5-hours climbing, 30-minutes in party area

  • Two instructors will monitor and facilitate the climbers

  • Equipment and instruction for each climber

  • Birthday girl or boy will receive a birthday gift from Approach

  • At least one adult must be present at all times

  • We do not provide paper products, silverware, or food

  • All visitors must have a signed Visitor Agreement on file to enter the facility

Merit Badges

$45/person

  • Scouts (large and small troops) can earn their merit badges at Approach!

Team Building

$65/person
$55/additional hour of belaying
 

  • 2.5-hour workshop

  • Party setup and clean-up

  • Corporate, non-profit, and small business packages available

  • Cross-training package available for sports teams

  • Belay demonstration and top-rope certification class

  • Up to three instructors to facilitate the climbers

  • Harnesses and instruction for each climber

  • All visitors must have a signed Visitor Agreement on file to enter the facility

Please Note

Cancellations

We require at least 1 week notice in order to refund the full amount. Parties canceled within a week will result in a charge of half price of the scheduled party. Parties canceled within 48-hours notice will result in a charge of full price of the scheduled party.

Advance Notice

Even if you do not reserve a party, it is advised to provide us advance notice for groups or parties of six or more. We also recommend everyone take care of their waivers online before arriving to save time and efficiently move through the required check-in and orientation processes.
