Learn the basics of rock climbing! This class is designed for beginner-intermediate level climbers looking to improve their fundamental skills and understanding of the sport.

Each individual series will run on Saturday afternoons for 4 weeks straight. With each week progressing further into the specific component.

Climbing Basics: 45 min

​Participants will learn the basics of footwork, foot tension, climbing vocabulary, and gym etiquette

Workout Clinic: 45 min

Participants will learn the key differences of strength, power, and capacity. exercise selection to develop those specific adaptations.

Warm Ups Clinic: 45 min

​Participants will learn what makes a highly effective warm up routine, why we warm up, and how to structure a warm up to make the most out of our workout or climbing session.
Paid Clinics
Projecting Clinic: 1 Hour 30 Min

Participants will learn the skill and strategies necessary to push their limits and break into their next climbing grade.
Finger Training Clinic: 1 Hour 30 Min

Participants will learn the methods, tactics and structure to implement finger training into their climbing sessions or as a stand alone day.
Training Plans: 1 Hour 30 Min

Participants will learn the how and why of building out a training block to prime them for when they need to perform
On The Wall Training: 1 Hour 30 Min

Participants will learn how to target specific adaptations through on the wall drills, learning when and why we should boulder or top rope, and developing an understanding for volume and intensity in climbing.
​Coordination Moves: 1 Hour and 30 Min

Participants will learn how to generate momentum, break down complex movements to make them more manageable, as well as learn how to train specific adaptations for bigger coordinated moves.
