Team Approach

  • Recreational Team: Select one/week​

  • Competitive Team: Minimum twice/week (one from below plus additional practices


  • Spring Team: March 27th -May 28th

  • Summer Team: June 12th - July 16th

  • Fall Team: Aug 7th - Oct  8th

  • Winter Team: Oct 16th - Dec 17th

Summer Team Session – June 12th- July 16th (6 weeks, with a 1-week gap for Team Camp between weeks 5 & 6)

  • Week 1: June 12th- 18th

  • Week 2: June 19th- 25th

  • Week 3: June 26th- July 2nd

  • Week 4: July 3rd- July 9th (No practice on the 4th)

  • Week 5: July 10th- 16thBreak Week- Camp Week

  • Week 6: July 24th- 30th

  • Makeup Week/Break Week: July 31st- August 6th

Spring 2023 Sessions

  • We will open additional sessions once these are full

  • Practice cancellations due to inclement weather will follow OPS closings (though the gym may still be open)

Program Includes:

Team Approach sessions are nine weeks each with two weeks off in between (shorter 6-week early summer session). Additionally, Practice will never be held during any Regionals event, including Approach competitions or designated holidays. In addition, we want these schedules to work for you, so if you prefer practice times for the next season, please suggest them to the Head Coach.

Private Lessons may start at any time.

Program Fees

Our program is divided into three seasons to follow the USAC competition schedules. They include Sport/Speed (February thru May), Training (June thru September), and Bouldering (October thru January). Fees are billed monthly on the 10th of each month, with a two-month minimum. You can join any time and will be auto enrolled monthly until you terminate your membership. We require 30 days notice to cancel.

  • Team Practice Once per week   $115/month

  • Team Practice Twice per week   $185/month

Competition Team Expectations

The following list identifies expectations for climbers, both inside our facility and at others. Disciplinary actions for infractions include verbal warnings, calisthenics, practicing appropriate techniques, timeouts, and possible suspension from the team.

1) Arrive 15 minutes before practices and be ready to start on time.
2) Give 100% effort in warm-ups, climbing, and workouts.
3) Always use proper falling and belaying techniques.
4) Be a good listener and accept feedback.
5) Push your limits to re-establish personal boundaries.
6) Believe in yourself and build confidence – I can do it!
