Yoga & Mindfulness
Yoga is only a piece of our mindfulness program at Approach. Mindfulness practices aim to quiet and align the mind, helping us to cultivate a deeper connection to and understanding of the Self. While climbing is our main focus at Approach, we also provide opportunities to grow mindfully. Yoga, Physical Therapy, Meditation Spaces, and Community Events are some of the tools we use to actuate the concept of healthy balanced living, peace, calmness and strong relationships with our Self and others.
Our Program Mission
Our goal is to create space for you to grow in your sport and your heart! We are building a foundation for climbers and continuing to connect deeply within our community. We aim to do this through yoga classes, youth programming, women’s gatherings, community clean-up, retreats, and more.
